Sunset Lakes is one of the most sought after locations close to Walt Disney World. Just over a mile from Highway 192 and the Formosa Gardens shopping center with its many shops and restaurants, Sunset Lakes is the perfect spot for your next Florida vacation.

This stunning vacation home is furnished to a high standard with numerous extras that will make your vacation a memorable one. With everything from the latest games consoles to cable television, a fully equipped games room to library of a DVD’s for those relax by the pool days.

Our spacious home has five bedrooms comprising of a king master bedroom, one queen bedroom and three twin bedrooms, providing the ability to sleep up to 10 people. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom; with a further two full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

The ground floor comprises of one queen bedroom with alarm clock radio, satellite TV, and alarmed patio doors giving access to the pool. One twin bedroom with two beds, one full and one half bathroom. All bedrooms and bathrooms have ample built in wardrobes and all linen, including pool towels are provided.

The family room has access to the pool deck via the alarmed patio doors and includes a DVD player with library of DVD’s, PS2 with a selection of games, TV and stereo. For those wanting a quieter area there is a formal lounge leads to an elegant dining area which seats 6/8 guests.

The house boasts a fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons, which leads to a breakfast dining area with pool view which seats 6 guests. There is a separate utility room with washer, dryer and full ironing facilities. Our villa also includes a monitored alarm system, private safe and high-speed WiFi internet access.

On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with a king size bed, cable TV, DVD player and full ensuite bathroom. This floor also has two twin rooms.

If you are interested in fishing, fishing is permitted and the big lake is stocked with fish.
