All prices quoted are for the property per week and include all state and local taxes. A $200/£100 per week deposit is required to reserve your booking with the final balance, including a refundable $200/£150 security deposit, falling due 12 weeks before departure. Payment by credit card can be accepted via PayPal. Please note that there will be a 3.88% charge for this service.

Options & Extras
Pool heat is an extra $170/£85 per week. Pool heating is recommended between October & April.

Additional information
We strongly recommend anyone planning a vacation to take out travel insurance to cover cancellation, emergency medical care and loss or damage to your posessions.

Lakeside Haven is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted on the pool deck and ashtrays are provided for this purpose. If any guest smokes in the house it will need to be deep cleaned and all extra costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
